REPORT AN UNAUTHORIZED ELECTRONIC BANKING TRANSACTIONS
Report Transaction Not Done by You - "Longer the time taken... Higher is the risk of loss"
Before registering the complaint,
Check with your family / known members if they have used your debit card / account.
We request you to go through all possible details of the transactions on your bank account statement like Merchant name, Date & Time of transaction, Amount to verify.
In case of service not rendered by merchant or billing issues, please contact the respective merchant's customer care.
In addition to reporting unauthorized electronic banking transactions to the bank, also report the incident to National Cyber Crime Helpline 1930 or Report through online portal at https://cybercrime.gov.in/Webform/Crime_AuthoLogin.aspx

To Block your Internet Banking, send SMS to 7045030000 by typing Block IB from your registered mobile number.
To Block your Mobile Banking, send SMS to 7045030000 by typing Block MB from your registered mobile number.
To Block your Card, send SMS to 7045030000 by typing BLOCK CARD XXXXXX (last 6 digits of card) from your registered mobile number.
Login to NetBanking using your User ID & password.
Go to Account Statement and select date to view the transactions.
Click on the selected disputed transaction (hyper link Raise a fraud dispute).
Account / Debit card will get blocked and Service request number will be provided for further reference.
Bank representative will connect with you on the registered mobile number for investigation.
Login to MobileBanking using your MPIN or Biometric.
Go to Account Statement and select date to view the transactions.
Click on the selected disputed transaction (hyper link Raise a fraud dispute).
Account / Debit card will get blocked and Service request number will be provided for further reference.
Bank representative will connect with you on the registered mobile number for investigation.
