Credit Card Referral Program

General Terms & Conditions
• The existing customer(s) of Bank who refers a Prospective Customer to the Bank is hereby referred to as “Referrer” and the successful Prospective Customer being referred by the Referrer is hereby referred to as “Referee”.
• The Bank reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or discontinue the referral program at its discretion.
• In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank’s management will be final and binding.
• The referral scheme would be applicable on only credit card issued by ESFB.
• Gift voucher/reward amount shall be released within 90 days’ issuance of the credit card to the referral
• If the same customer is referred by more than one referral or connector or DSA, the first one to make the referral will be entitled for the voucher. In the event of dispute, ESFB shall reserve the right to decide.
• All credit card issued shall be at the sole discretion of ESFB.
• No reward shall be applicable for referring Self.
• The amount and type of reward may vary at the sole discretion of the Bank.
• All payments will be subject to GST and other laws applicable at the time of making the payment & calculations.
• The referrer cannot be an ESFB employee.
• The entitlement of the Reward shall be provided only in the event the Referred Applicant applies for a credit card directly to Equitas Small Finance Bank and not through any other sourcing channel of Equitas Small finance bank
• The Reward is non-transferable in nature.
• Equitas Small Finance Bank has legitimate expectations from the Referrer (s) that the details so provided of Referred Applicant (s) have been provided post seeking and receiving unequivocal consent from the respective Referred Applicants. The Referrer (s) shall be solely responsible in case any dispute arises with regard to sharing of such details of Referred Applicants.
• The Bank shall not be liable in the event of any delays in delivering Email/ SMS regarding the reward.
• If a voucher is misplaced, stolen, or used improperly, the Bank shall not be held accountable in any manner and the referrer shall not be entitled for any replacement or substitute.
