What are the Products a BC can source?

An Equitas BC has the choice of sourcing and servicing any product offered by the bank. The two important requirements are – robust and continuing demand for the product or service in that catchment. Success is also dependent on the BC’s own capability to invest in the requisite manpower, technology and customer education during the product acceptance phase. Handholding the customer to ensure that he/she gets comfortable in self-use of the product is key. To note that, Products and Services offered by Equitas are subject to change from time to time. Offering of a product to specific customer is subject to the customer complying with necessary guidelines prevailing at that point in time.
