  • We have a separate counter for Senior Citizen, differently abled including visually impaired customers at all our branches
  • Banks shall issue cheque books to customers, whenever a request is received, through a requisition slip which is part of the cheque book issued earlier. Cheque book can also requested through Internet Banking/Mobile Banking.
  • 25 cheque leaves free for all Senior citizens, differently abled and visually impaired customers every year as and when requested.
  • For BSBDA accounts cheque books are issued free.
  • The account holder can provide an authorisation letter and photo identity to a third party to collect the cheque book from the Branch on your behalf.
  • Your accounts are converted to senior citizen accounts automatically basis the Date of Birth recorded in our system for all fully KYC complied accounts.
  • You are requested to submit 15G/H form at our branches as applicable. Any assistance in filling up the form will be provided by our branch staff.
  • Senior citizens of more than 70 years of age and differently abled or infirm persons (having medically certified chronic illness or disability) including those who are visually impaired, can avail door step banking facility which includes cash delivery, pick up, cheque Delivery and Pick up. For any assistance please contact your nearest branch staff.
  • Facilities are provided to sick/old/incapacitated persons vide Paragraph 9 of RBI Master Circular DBR.No.Leg.BC.21/09.07.006/2015-16 dated July 1, 2015 on Customer Service in Banks.
