Unclaimed Accounts To DEAF (Depositor Education and Awareness Fund)
ESFB PROCESS FOR CLAIMING THE UNCLAIMED DEPOSIT / ACTIVATING THE INOPERATIVE ACCOUNT
As per RBI Circular on Unclaimed Deposit - The customer / survivor / legal heir/authorised signatories, as the case may be, may lodge a claim for the unclaimed deposit / activate the account, as the case may be.

THE CLAIM PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS: -
Customers to visit the nearest branch in person for claims on unclaimed accounts / deposits, with Claim Form with valid KYC documentations for (Individual & Non-Individual) along with recent photograph.
(For claim of non-individual accounts, the Claim Form should be submitted on the Entity’s letterhead duly signed by the authorized signatories along with their valid KYC documents of authorised signatories and of the entity)
