Customer can login into Equitas Mobile Banking Application / Internet Banking Application to make the bill payment using BBPS. Customer needs to click on Payments option => select BBPS option.
Yes, customer will get the instant confirmation on payment and acknowledgement receipts via SMS and Emails to their registered mobile number and Emails.
Yes, customer can set Auto Pay for recurring payments. The auto pay can be set with a specific date every month for recurring and with a maximum cap limit as needed by user.
Customer can do all recurring payments across categories in BBPS like electricity, telecom, DTH, Gas, water bills, Insurance, Loan repayments, Education fees, FasTag Recharge, Municipal taxes, Housing society, Subscription fees etc.
The categories that are currently covered in BBPS are electricity, telecom, DTH, Gas, water bills, Insurance, Loan repayments, Education fees, FasTag Recharge, Municipal taxes, Housing society, Subscription fees, Credit Card etc.
Customer can register compliant using mobile banking application / internet banking application.
There are -NIL- charges for bill payment initiated from mobile banking / internet banking application.
BBPS Services are available 24*7 days including public holidays.
Customer will get the refund in 2 to 3 working days and is dependent on biller processing TAT
Currently the max auto pay limit of INR 50,000 and daily transaction limit using BBPS is set at INR 1,00,000
If your billed amount is > than the auto pay amount, bank will reject the transaction and notification via email / sms will be triggered to the customer. This is to safeguard basis the instruction provided by the customer and customer can re-initiate a fresh payment again for the same biller using Equitas mobile app / internet banking.
Currently there is no waiting period for registration / auto pay enablement / for executing a payment with the biller.

There is no expiry period once the auto pay is set, user can either delete the auto pay for the biller or cancel the specific month’s auto pay set.
