Report Transaction Not Done by You

Before registering the complaint,

  • You may check with your family / known members if they have used your debit card / account.
  • Request you to go through all possible details of the transactions on your bank account statement like Merchant name, Date & Time of transaction, Amount to verify.
  • In case of service not rendered by merchant or billing issues, please contact the respective merchant's customer care.
In addition to reporting unauthorized electronic banking transactions to the bank, also report the incident to National Cyber Crime Helpline 1930 or Report through online portal at https://cybercrime.gov.in/Webform/Crime_AuthoLogin.aspx

and report unauthorized transactions?
  • Login to NetBanking using your User ID & password.
  • Go to Account Statement and select date to view the transactions.
  • Click on the selected disputed transaction (hyper link Raise a fraud dispute).
  • Account / Debit card will get blocked and Service request number will be provided for further reference.
  • Bank representative will connect with you on the registered mobile number for investigation.
